Day 155: 2 Years

2 years Training at NoX Training and still no plateaus...Still getting better! 2 Years ago this month NoX Training opened up its facilities and opened up my eyes to many things I could not do. I could not overhead squat with 65# on the bar, I could not do kipping pull-ups, I could not snatch more than 135#, I could not run faster than a 5 minute mile. I've spent that last 2 years (in addition to learning the Law, Coaching Track and Field, and working retail 30+ hrs a week) attempting to master Weightlifting, Power Lifts, Gymnastics, rowing, running, plyometrics, isometrics, and anything else in between in any combinations of reps/weights/and rounds possible. My Clean has went up from 225# to over 325#. My mile time has dropped below 5 minutes, my press has gone up over 40#s. These are just a few of the many improvements.  I cannot wait to see what improvements the next 2 years will bring. 



STRENGTH
Back Squats 5x5
*15 Ring Dips / 5 Hang Cleans @ 205# between each set

WORKLOAD 1
5-4-3-2-1
Squat Clean to Thrusters @ 185# / Muscle Ups

Rest as needed but no more than 1 hour

WORKLOAD 2
400m Run, 400m Row, 400m Run, 400m Row, 400m Run
WORK:REST (Ratio) = 1:1
