Tuesday (10/21/14)
15 Minute EMOM
1. 5 deadlifts (335#) then single unders remaining time of the minute
2. 15 chest to bars

4 rounds Dumbbell Complex
10 single arm bent over DB rows each arm (70#)
10 upright rows (both arms at once) (35#)
10 hammer curls
1 minute Plank


WEDNESDAY (10/22/14)
3x800m runs
1:1 Work:rest ratio. Goal is to keep all consistent. (yasso progression)
Times 2:40, 2:38, 2:36

9 Minute TABATA intervals alternating between:
1. handstand hold
2. hollow rock
3. L-hang

THURSDAY
5x3 Overhead squat Jerk grip

5x3 snatch pulls (185#)

10 Minute EMOM
3 position snatch (full, below knee, high hang)

5x3 Front squat (335#)
