This past weekend was very busy but still a great weekend. I spent 3 full days at the OC Throwdown, got to watch my gf at the pageant Saturday night, and still managed to workout all 3 days.
RxAction had 8 competitors compete over the weekend and 3 of them ended up on the podium. Congratulations to Coach Mike for placing 3rd on the team competition!
I am tired and beat but we are back to work, getting ready for Miami this Thursday for the WODapalooza competition. RxAction has 5 athletes competing so we will be there to support them and provide media coverage throughout the weekend. Coach Mike will be competing on a team with Calvin Davis, an RxAction Athlete, and Chris Brown. They are a solid team and should be standing on the podium at the end of the weekend.

Here is a video clip I found from an event at the OC Throwdown. As most of you know, Kevin Ogar's Life was changed forever after an accident at this same competition last year. I would think that they would have a little more thought for athletes safety when it comes to planning and programming events. I am just glad no one got seriously injured (from what I know).
