Hope everyone had a great Mothers Day. Today was a great start to a new week and Tomorrow will be another day of work and training. We will be retesting the workout "Fran". For those of you who have been consistent since the last time doing Fran you will see major improvements.
On tomorrows post will have some highlights from top FRAN improvements as well as the weekly nutritional/mealprep monday post.

1. 18 GHD Sit-ups
2. 2 Legless Rope Climbs

15 pull-ups
Sled push 50m
