Above is a picture of some of the most nutritious foods that you should add to your diet. All you need to do is add these foods to your meat, chicken, fish, and eggs in different combinations and you will have a complete meal. Keep it simple and you will not be overwhelmed when it comes to eating to become healthier. The important thing to remember is that it is hard to get fat while eating primarily these foods...and these foods will also help you lose weight when coupling with a fitness program such as what we do at NOX Training.
Over the weekend Ash and I made some Chicken and Steak Skewers w/ onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and pineapple. They came out pretty good and they were healthy at the same time. Yes, it is possible to eat healthy and have it taste good at the same time.
Today most of us did the "Fran" Workout and 99% of the people improved on their time...which is great because it shows that hard work pays off. I remember the last time I did "Fran" a few months ago and thought to my self..."theres no way I'll be able to go faster next time". And somehow I was able to improve by 6 seconds (from 2:20 to 2:14). For those of you who did not improve do not get discouraged...everyone has an "Off day" and this could be one of them. OR, maybe you haven't been pushing yourself hard enough, you chose the reason. Here are some photos from doing "Fran" today.
