Mondays = Squat Day, [Not International Chest Day]

Mondays are known as "International Chest day" at your typical globo gym. At NOX Training, we squat, and we lunge. Observe the crowd and do the opposite...thats the key to success in getting ahead.

Monday Training
5x3 Back squat
5x5 clean pull on 4" riser
5x2 Jerks
5x2 snatch off blocks

10-8-6-4-2
Front Squat 
Toes to bar

3 rounds:
20 overhead walking lunges
20 weighted GHD sit-ups
