2. 16 med ball slams (30#)
3. 16 box jump overs (30")
4. 16 GHD sit-ups
Every 2 minute for 10 minutes
7 strict chest to bar pull-ups
30 second farmers carry (2x70# bumbbells)
*rest remaining time
8 minute EMOM
1. 1 legless rope climb + 1 regular rope climb
2. 7 ring muscle ups
5x5 ring hand stand push-ups
