Chuck will be moving up north on Tuesday so we decided to get one last bro session in. Chuck and Coach Mike are the 2 people that I would say that got me into Functional Fitness. I met chuck at Canyon Crest Athletic Club about 5 years ago. Before meeting him I would notice that he would do some crazy workouts (well, not crazy but what I thought was crazy at the time...but just more what we do on a daily at NOX Training today).

It wasn't long until we started training with Coach Mike, and then not much longer that I joined them. Sled Pull 40 yards (20 yards out, 25 yards back)
Handstand walk 25 yards
8 kettlebell presses each arm
14 strict knee to elbows
