If your year were to be a book, today will be page 7 of 365. Every professional writer knows that the beginning of the book needs to be stellar in order to set the tone for the rest of the book. 

Many unprofessional writers start off with unnecessary prologues, get bogged down by a scattered backstory with what happened in the past. 

Whether it is the book or your year, don't get caught u too much about what happened in the past; It's done. All we care about is whats happening on THIS PAGE or what is about to happen on the subsequent pages. 

So, have you been starting your year with unnecessary backstories and prologues? Its not too late to correct a mishap and get back on track. There are still many pages to be written.
